Our ratings of excellent for teaching by the Higher Education Funding Council for England and 5 for research in the latest Research Assessment Exercise place the Leeds School of Chemistry amongst the top chemistry departments in the country.  Leeds offers a wide range of teaching experience and expertise, and its members are also active researchers with excellent international reputations.
