The Nonlinear Chemical Kinetics Group

We study chemical reactions and systems which exhibit oscillations when well stirred and spatial patterns when unstirred. Such exotic behaviours arise as a result of feedback. Our work involves both experimental and computational investigations of a diverse range of chemistry including combustion, atmospheric and solution phase reactions.
